Hillary Glenn, DNP, ARN

Hillary was born in Oklahoma City, OK and graduated with her Master of Science degree from Columbia University in New York City in 2007 and began her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She worked at Bellevue Hospital, the oldest public hospital in the country, while obtaining her Masters degree. Hillary intentionally pursued her position in the Pediatric Emergency Services here because of her interest in pediatrics and Bellevue’s esteemed reputation as a teaching hospital. She moved to the Emerald Coast in 2008 and received her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Florida State University in 2013. Hillary spent more than a decade working in an Urgent Care center before co-founding the Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC) in 2017. She takes great pride in the high quality care provided by the PWMC team.

 

 

Donald childs, MD, FAAP

Dr. Don Childs graduated from the University of Michigan Medical School. He completed his internship in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, then served in the U.S. Army Medical Corps for two years. He returned to Michigan for his residency in Pediatrics at William Beaumont Hospital. Then back to California for fellowship in Pediatric Endocrinology at University of California, Davis. He is Board Certified in both Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology. He practiced General Pediatrics and Pediatric Endocrinology in Riverside, California for 37 years. During that time, he also worked for 25 years with the Flying Samaritans, providing general health care in Playas de Rosarito, Baja California, Mexico. After retiring in 2014, he moved to Florida in 2016 and joined the Point Washington Medical Clinic in 2017. He lives in Miramar Beach with his wife and the two cats who rule their lives.

Kristine Kester, PNP

Kristine Kester is a certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner since 1998. She received her BSN and MSN from the University of Pennsylvania. She has worked as a staff nurse at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington DC, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and Children’s Seashore House in Philadelphia. She was employed at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for five years as the Clinical Nurse Specialist for surgical sub-specialties. She was also a clinical nursing instructor at Emory University for two years. After receiving a Post-Masters Certificate from Emory as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, she worked at Children’s Medical Group, a pediatric medical office in Atlanta. She has also worked as a camp nurse at YMCA Camp High Harbour at Lake Burton for 20 summers. One of her favorite roles is working on a medical mission trip to Palestine, which she has been able to participate in for several years and hopes to continue in the future. She is very grateful to be able to work at the Point Washington Medical Clinic and care for children and teens under the age of 21.

Stephen snow, MD, FACOG (Board certified ob/gyn)

Dr. Snow graduated from Georgetown University with his bachelor’s degree in Biology and his Doctor of Medicine degree, and served in the United States Navy as a medical officer and Lieutenant Commander. He is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Snow serves on several boards: he is an Equity Partner on the Board of Directors for Women’s Care of Florida, part of the Conductive Education Center of Orlando (CECO) Board of Directors, and serves as Chairman of the Legislative Committee, District 12 for the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ACOG), where he works to set the legislative agenda for ACOG in the state of Florida, and testifies at legislative hearings and works closely with legislators and lobbyists to craft bills affecting women’s healthcare. He was selected as a Top Doctor in Orlando 14 years in a row by peer survey compiled by a nonprofit research organization. His hobbies include being certified for open water scuba diving, swimming, cycling, and spending time with his dogs, Birdie and Bogey.
