Thank you for your interest in joining the Point Washington Medical Clinic (PWMC) Circle of 100. By committing to recurring contributions, this special group of supporters are instrumental in helping PWMC continue its mission to build a stronger and healthier community by providing high quality primary care regardless of the patient’s means or access.
The goals of the PWMC are (1) to keep children in school, people at work and ease the burden on local emergency rooms, and (2) offer access to care for those vulnerable in our community. These goals are only achievable through generous support of our caring community and donors.
Circle of 100 members agree to make a minimum donation of $100 per month to PWMC.
