Philip is a founding board member and the chairman of the board for the PWMC. He is the Senior Vice President of Capital Markets at Mission Capital where he originates, structures and trades commercial debt on behalf of institutions nationwide. He obtained his bachelor's degree in Finance and an MBA from Auburn University. He has been active in local nonprofits since moving to Walton County in 2003. He is passionate about his community and unconditional access to healthcare for all, which is being fulfilled in the work and the mission of the PWMC. Philip lives in Point Washington with his wife, Lauren, and their four children.

Mark McDavid, OTR, RAC-CT, CHC

Mark is an occupational therapist and leader in allied health services. He spent almost two decades guiding patient care and growing programs at all levels of rehab management, including leading a contract therapy company as vice president. In 2013, he left the contract world to start Seagrove Rehab Partners, where he specializes in an innovative in-house therapy model for skilled-nursing facilities to decrease their costs and improve interdisciplinary care. He is passionate about healthcare compliance and management, and enjoys volunteering with trade associations and nonprofits like the PWMC.

Rosanne Crocker, MBA

Rosanne is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a BBA in marketing and University of Memphis with an MBA. She is a retired senior leader and C-suite executive in the healthcare industry, and also worked in the laboratory industry serving as chief financial officer and later interim president for American Esoteric Laboratories. Following her career in Memphis, she moved to 30A and provides interim management services to healthcare organizations. She is also actively involved in philanthropy and serves on multiple boards, particularly programs serving the needs of women and children.

JUDY BROCK

Judy is a graduate of the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts in Education. She had a long career in the insurance industry as an executive for a large major insurance carrier. Judy moved to the 30A area in 2012, retired, and is now very active in supporting our community.  She serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Point Washington United Methodist Church and was instrumental in securing the lease agreement between PWUMC and the PW Medical Clinic. Judy serves as an officer and board member for several other organizations and nonprofits in our community. In January 2022, she began as a board member of Point Washington Medical Clinic.
